When does ERP modernisation make sense?
If the core reliably keeps finance, inventory or order records but cannot connect to new channels, pushes users into spreadsheets or requires constant data copies for reporting, replacing everything should not be the first move. Modernisation preserves the working core and renews weak contact points.
Integration architecture
We connect banking, e-documents, WMS, MES, CRM, B2B, POS, commerce and custom applications through supported APIs, events or controlled files. Ownership, validation, idempotency, error queues, retries, reconciliation and logging are defined for every flow.
Phased transition
Transformation need not be a single high-risk cutover. Read APIs and reporting can come first, followed by write flows, surrounding applications and—where justified—core replacement. Each phase has its own rollback boundary.
Data and observability
A master-data dictionary, mappings, quality rules and ownership precede scale. Operations monitor volume, latency, failures, retries, queue age and source-to-target totals.

Does modernisation mean replacing ERP?
No. The defensible outcome may be to keep the system, modernise around it or transform in phases.
Is direct database access appropriate?
We do not recommend direct writes where a supported API exists. Even read-only access must be assessed for access, performance and upgrade impact.
